HI, I'M MARIS
My passion and mission are to help educate, support and empower you to achieve your weight loss and body transformation goals and become the very best version of yourself, so that you can feel more confident, energised, and live a healthier and happier better quality of life.
I have been on a personal journey with my body shape and confidence. From underweight to overweight and then from overweight to muscular. I understand first-hand how it feels to be a complete beginner who is intimated and lost in the gym or to be an overweight person trying to lose weight.

Many of my clients have tried almost everything to get in shape and regain energy, but nothing has worked long term. They have a very limited free time and zero or little gym experience. I focus on a coaching experience that is unique to you and your goals and lifestyle requirements. With an intelligent and educated approach to training and nutrition. I will maximize your results no matter how much time you have to spare for exercising and diet.
My Coaching approach will ensure you eliminate any self-doubt and fill you with motivation and self-confidence in your ability to achieve the goal you want. My passion towards improving people's health and getting them in better shape is what makes me take the extra step with my clients.
There is no better feeling than watching your body become stronger, fitter and leaner whilst feeling more confident, energised and healthier. I place a huge emphasis on educating my clients and giving them the tools to help achieve their goals, optimise their health, and transform their body shape.
